Harford Film Camp is designed for small groups of approximately 12 students in order to maximize student involvement and learning potential. The intimate group size facilitates one-one-one instruction as well as teamwork.

ENROLLMENT IS EASY!

Download the ENROLLMENT/ WAIVER form (PDF), fill out the form and return with your tuition check by mail. OR – We will send you and ENROLLMENT/ WAIVER FORM via email at your request.

Student and/or Parent/ Guardian must also sign a RELEASE AGREEMENT – this is a standard permission for use of the student’s likeness and voice in the Harford Film Camp film and related content. (Most students end up appearing in the film as actors/ supporting roles.) The RELEASE AGREEMENT can also be downloaded from the website or emailed to you at your request.

PAYMENT

Tuition fee for a two-week HFC session is $700.00

ENROLL BY MAY 1st and receive a 10% discount!

Personal checks may be made out to Forest Hill Recreation Council and mailed to David Warfield, P.O. BOX 206, Forest Hill, MD 21050

The student will not be officially enrolled until the completed forms and payment have been received.

REFUND POLICY:

Cancellations made on or before June 5 receive a full refund.

Cancellations made from June 26 to June 18 receive a 50% refund.

No refunds for cancellations after June 19, except in cases of illness or family emergency.

HFC reserves the right to cancel a session. In the event of HFC cancellation, a full refund will be granted.
